If you share your blog link with your clients regularly and encourage them to use it to communicate with the vendors, they will no longer need to ask you for help. Whether it be a mortgage lender, an inspector, insurance agent, or a contractor quote, they will find it in your blog directory. No more pulling out your phone or passing out business cards, everyone's information is in one neat place with simple access in your blog link. You are not asked to sell the advertising, we contact the advertisers, and create their graphic design within the blog. Your only involvement is to provide us a list of those companies. That’s it, we do the rest and at $25/month, it is not difficult to get advertisers on board. Also, these advertising partners become invested in you, which in turn builds your local network of people who will also refer you back when someone they know needs a real estate agent. As you know, referrals work both ways.
